Where is Melaverde and how do I get there?
Melaverde is in Dragancë, municipality of Novobërdë, Kosovo — a short drive east of Gjilan and well under an hour from Prishtina. The road is open all year and there is free parking in front of the restaurant.
What are the opening hours?
We are open every day from 8:00 to 23:00 — morning coffee, lunch, dinner and drinks at the bar until late.
Do I need to book a table?
Walk-in guests are always welcome. For weekends, larger groups and private dining we recommend booking by phone on 045 848 973 or 045 814 757.
What kind of food does Melaverde serve?
A Mediterranean kitchen with an Italian accent: grilled seafood such as tiger prawns and whole sea bass, grilled meat, pasta and vegetable plates.
Is there a bar?
Yes. Our bar pours cocktails — the Amaretto Sour is the house signature — alongside wine, beer and coffee, from morning until closing.
Can you host celebrations, large tables or private events?
Yes. Birthdays, family gatherings and private dinners are arranged by phone, with the room prepared and the menu agreed with you in advance.
Can I book from abroad?
Yes. Guests travelling from Albania, Germany, Switzerland and elsewhere in the Balkans can call either number or send a message on Instagram, and we will confirm your table.
